From a very young age, teaching and training others has been part of my DNA. Helping other kids learn French at school was just the start of my training journey, which organically became a theme throughout my insurance career.
In 2021 I came full circle to fulfil my deep passion of helping people grow into being the best version of themselves. Having spent over two decades working in the insurance industry, predominantly across small, medium and large brokerages in both Australia and overseas, I decided it was time to create my own training business and give back to the next generation of insurance professionals.
As a broker I had always felt that something was missing in the professional development space and I saw a real gap in the market to provide specialised insurance training in a more engaging and interactive way.
Fast forward a few years and the business has grown to support many key players in the industry and continues to build momentum to make a lasting impact in attracting more talent and improving the insurance industry nationwide.
As a values driven professional, I approach training with a high level of inclusiveness, openness and empathy as I know firsthand what it is like to be in the shoes of brokers. This approach is combined with providing participants with practical tools and assessments to apply theory to real world scenarios and ultimately drive broker performance and improve broker client experiences.
My clients can be assured that they are receiving the best educational experience in the market as I practice what I preach in terms of lifelong learning. In addition to designing and regularly reviewing all my course materials, I also hold a Master of Risk Management and Insurance, a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
